PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The total amount may be divided into three instalments of €780 each.

1st payment (€780): Deposit and commencement of work.

2nd payment (€780): Progress payment during production.

Important: The first and second payment is a non-refundable deposit and reservation fee for this custom commission.

No physical item will be shipped at this stage.

This payment secures your place in our workshop schedule, covers the initial purchase of materials and gemstones, and allows us to begin work on your piece.

The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price.

3rd payment (€780): Final payment before shipment.

Once the pendant is completed, detailed photographs will be sent for approval before the final payment is made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This is a custom-made piece created specifically for the customer. Production will begin once the first payment has been received.

As this is a personalised commission, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Production times are approximate and may vary depending on workshop workload and gemstone availability.

Regarding customs and shipping, please note that the declared value and insured value of the parcel are directly linked. In the event of loss or damage, only the declared amount can be recovered. For this reason, we recommend adequate insurance coverage to protect both parties.
