Returns:

You just need to contact us at dcastjoyas@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package if you want to return it. To return an item, simply send the item back to us in good/unused condition, at your expense. We will proceed to refund the cost of your items once we receive them (please note that shipping will not be included) in the refund. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE borne by the BUYER. Even with standard shipping included (which we offer to several countries like Spain and the US) that's ten US dollars.

*All our sales will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please check the data before finishing the operation,
D'castjoyas is not responsible for shipments to wrong addresses, if that is what we receive from the customer

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you correctly fill in your address where you want to receive your order. Shipping labels are generated automatically and if the address is not complete or incorrect, I can't do anything. You will have to contact the courier agency.

**Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days from the time payment is made. With the exception of gold items, personalized orders or pieces of jewelry that require more execution time since our jewelry is handmade. If you have questions, it is best to write to us at dcastjoyas@gmail.com Once sent, the customer will be informed and the shipping tracking number will be provided when it is sent through the Spanish post office, the tracking number It does not give the option to see its status, if it is an urgent delivery, you will be able to know the status of your shipment at all times.

**We have three shipping options:

1.-STANDARD
Our standard shipments are sent via certified postal mail; Once this is done, D'Castjoyas cannot be responsible for the time it may take to reach its destination, since it is not in our hands, the post service to Spain is very efficient, but shipments can take almost 30 days. , (although it almost never happens) but it is a probability, so we recommend our customers the express shipping option, it is a little more expensive, but it guarantees its arrival in 4 or 5 business days and you have the option of tracking . in every moment
STANDARD SHIPPING ALSO DOES NOT HAVE PACKAGE TRACKING IN MANY DESTINATIONS (USA, PART OF EUROPE, ASIA, OCEANIA, LATIN AMERICA)

Average delivery times for our standard service:
Spain 3-5 business days
Europe: 4-10 business days.
United States: 7-20 business days
Other countries: 10-30 business days

Before/after Christmas, there is usually up to 3 weeks delay (November 15th to January 15th).



**2.-DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE:

- USA USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and other countries * (check the list): All orders shipped to those countries will be sent with First Class Airmail. This priority shipping has a tracking service. Please note that a signature will NOT be required for delivery of your order. * Saudi Arabia, Aruba, Brazil, South Korea, Hong Kong, Israel, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, New Zealand, Dominican Republic, Singapore and Turkey.

- EUROPE and the rest of the world (countries not included above): All orders shipped to those countries will be sent by registered airmail. Tracking service is available for most countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore, Brazil,...). Please note that a deposit will be required for package delivery. For most countries, in case an authorized recipient is not available, the local postal company will leave a notice. You can arrange a new delivery or collect the item at the post office indicated in the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days, it will be returned to sender.

3.- DHL EXPRESS WITH THEFT OR LOSS INSURANCE.

Ordinary Express shipping service is not insured. In the event that the package is lost, they only pay a small compensation much lower than the actual value of the order. Therefore, for pieces of jewelry made of gold or of high value, we recommend shipping with insurance.

***IMPORTANT!! It is essential to provide the telephone number so that DHL can reach you. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROVIDED. This means for me fines and surcharges of at least €10, so it is VERY IMPORTANT TO PUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. (We appreciate your help and understanding :-))



DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND LOSSES


If a shipment made by a courier service has any incident, the moment of resolution does not depend on us and may take up to 4 months until the courier service responds to our request for information, so D'Castjoyas will only be able to respond Once we have the postal response, under no circumstances will D'Castjoyas be responsible for said loss.


As international mail is affected by various circumstances, we cannot resolve cases of delivery delays before a period of 30 days from when the package was sent. Please understand that once the package is shipped, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are completely out of our control.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS: as a consequence of Brexit and by order of the British authorities, no import can be made without the identification number: it can be the passport number or the driving license number if you are an individual. If you are a company, the VAT will be necessary.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

So that your jewelry is always beautiful, you must take care of it.
STERLING SILVER: Clean with a cotton cloth and a specific cleaner or with a special cloth that you can get at any jewelry store and leave the jewelry shiny. Remove them in the shower, the sea and the pool.
OXIDIZED SILVER: Apply Vaseline from time to time with a soft cotton cloth to preserve its patina. Do not use cleaning products. Remove them in the shower, the sea and the pool.
GOLD PLATING: It is delicate. Take care of contact with perfumes. Clean it gently with a special chamois or soapy water and a cotton cloth. With wear it will disappear, the more you take care of it, the longer it will last.
Care instructions
BRASS, COPPER AND BRONZE: they normally have a protective varnish to preserve the color for longer. At first you don't need to clean them. When you lose it, you can use a metal cleaning product. Remove them when you shower, in the sea and in the pool, so they take longer to rust.
